Cancelled Appointments

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, I would be grateful for as much notice as possible to allow the slot to be rebooked.

Missed appointments, and those cancelled without 24 hours notice, will be subject to the full tuning fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time work is undertaken and is preferred by either cash or cheque.

All accounts must be settled within 28 days.
